Biography

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a specialization in Cell Biology from the University of the Philippines Mindanao and a Master of Science degree in Plant Genetics and Crop Improvement from the University of East Anglia, UK. Currently, she serves as a full-time faculty member at DBSES and as a technical expert at the Philippine Genome Center Mindanao.

Her research focuses on various aspects of crop propagation, flora biodiversity, and bioeconomy, reflecting her passion for sustainable agriculture and proper bioresource utilization.
